As a member of the Kitzman team, Lela’s role as the Customer Care Administrator is a demanding one, responding to REALTORS® and clients around the clock. Being extremely organized is a must for this job, and she takes pride in her job assisting the Kitzman Team. Together, they are able to respond to the clients quickly and efficiently.
